Room Division Manager
Karma Kandara is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person for our Rooms Division.
The successful man or women will be:
- 5 star experience, ideally with villa-style properties.
- Strong Housekeeping and Front Office Experience.
- Candidate could be a very strong FOM looking to advance their career and have superior qualifications.
- Strong leadership and take full ownership of the Room Division Department overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering
- Educated to Degree level
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
- High motivation, be energetic and have an outgoing personality
- Able and willing to work in a team and well as having the ability to develop and lead a successful and motivated team
