Responsible to support Executive Chef on daily kitchen operational.

 

Requirement:

• Tourism or Hotel School qualification is an advantage
• 2 years experience at same position also welcome experienced Chef de Partie who is willing to move to the next level.
• Good knowledge in Asian and Western cuisine.
  
• 25 - 35 years Indonesian citizen
• Attention to detail, able to develop as well as maintain high work standards 
• Flexible, patient and pro-active approach to work
• Willingness to work in a remote location and traveling on single status
