Administration Staff
For: Travel & Health Insurance Claims Handler
•Must be able to read and understand international insurance letters of guarantee including the terms and conditions, inclusions and exclusions.
•The candidate must be client focused.
•Ability to process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
•Good English communication skills, both written and oral, internally within our organization and externally to our clients.
•Able to work in a busy environment, multi-task and work under pressure
•Able to work well as part of a team.
•Ability to use Excel, Microsoft Word and Power Point.
•Must be self motivated, energetic, honest, hardworking with strong organizational skills.
•An accounting background is preferred although not essential as on the job training will be given to the right candidate.
•Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
