Database Marketing Manager
Karma Royal Group is a Vacation ownership Industry leader with over 20 resorts across the world.​ We are hiring a Database Marketing Manager in our headquarters at Bali .​
Key Responsibilities :
- Providing proactive tactical marketing and sales analysis support to marketing and sales initiatives.​ Activities include: customer profiling, segmentation, scoring methodology, campaign response analysis, targeted prospecting, and tracking.​
- Working with large and varied data sets, from multiple data sources, in order to conduct analysis on current client activity, generate concise reporting, and present recommendations for future sales and marketing strategy.​
- Summarizes analytical data into user-friendly reports translating highly technical, detailed data into appropriate recommendations for marketing and sales actions.​
- Creates ongoing standardized reporting processes that surface customer insights from the database.
Essential Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics or a related field.​ MBA is a big plus.​
· 4 years of professional experience as a Marketing DB Analyst, preferably in roles supporting database marketing and sales analysis.​
· 2 years of using statistical scoring methodologies or quantitative analysis experience.​ Knowledge of statistical theory a plus (e.​g.​ sampling, gains charts and control vs.​ control groups).​
· Understanding of relational database technology, database marketing, data mining, analytical, and campaign management applications.​ Strong proficiency in Excel is required.​
· Experience working with mailing and campaign data using advanced merge/​purge, address hygiene and matching techniques required.​
· Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge is a required.​
