Deskripsi Kerja
Customer Service and Admin bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan customer service and retention serta melakukan kegiatan administrasi untuk Marketing departemen. Mempunyai produktifitas yang tinggi dalam lingkungan kerja yang menuntut bekerja kapanpun dan dimanapun customer membutuhkan adalah kunci.
Customer Service and Admin akan:
* Bertanggung jawab untuk customer service dengan melakukan kunjungan ke customer dan membagi-bagi gimmick,
* Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan kegiatan administrasi marketing, seperti input data, dan
* Bekerja sama dengan efektif bersama Marketing Department
Persyaratan

2. Posisi ME Engineer
Deskripsi Kerja
HVAC Engineer (M/E Engineer) bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan technical support kepada divisi Sales. Mempunyai produktifitas yang tinggi dalam lingkungan kerja yang menuntut bekerja kapanpun dan dimanapun customer membutuhkan adalah kunci.
HVAC Engineer (M/E Engineer) akan:
* Bertanggung jawab untuk membuat drawing dan melakukan perhitungan teknis secara akurat dan untuk diserahkan kepada customer tepat waktu
* Bersama-sama dengan divisi Sales melakukan kunjungan customer, memberikan presentasi dan menjawab pertanyaan teknis dari customer,
* Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan follow kepada customer dalam hal Teknis untuk menjamin kesuksesan dalam Sales, dan
* Bekerja sama dengan efektif bersama Sales Department.
Persyaratan
1. Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja di bidang HVAC/R atau di Kontraktor/Konsulta n HVAC/R,
2. Dapat menggambar teknik dan menguasai AutoCad (atau program lain sejenis),
3. Sarjana bidang Teknik Mesin mendapat prioritas, tapi tidak diharuskan,
4. Menguasai bahasa Inggris, lisan dan tulisan, mendapat prioritas
5. Memiliki semangat juang dan keinginan untuk belajar yang tinggi.

Deskripsi Kerja
Technical Engineer (Instruments) bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan kalibrasi; melakukan testing, commissioning dan servis; dan memberikan technical support kepada divisi Sales. Mempunyai produktifitas yang tinggi dalam lingkungan kerja yang menuntut bekerja kapanpun dan dimanapun customer membutuhkan adalah kunci.
Technical Engineer (Instruments) akan:
* Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan kalibrasi instrument untuk diserahkan kepada customer tepat waktu,
* Bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan testing, commissioning, dan servis lapangan kepada customer,
* Bersama-sama dengan divisi Sales melakukan kunjungan customer, memberikan presentasi dan menjawab pertanyaan teknis dari customer, dan
* Bekerja sama dengan efektif bersama Sales Department.
Persyaratan
1. Minimum pendidikan STM atau setingkat,
2. Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja di bidang yang bersangkutan, mendapat prioritas,
