The chief responsibility of the position includes the supervision and management of all F&B outlets (restaurant, two bars, butler and poolside service, picnics, excursions) and public areas. As with all small luxury resorts, the nature of the work is largely determined by the needs of the guests and a willingness to be involved in a wide range of tasks is a must-have criteria.



The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills and experience:

Relevant Tourism or Hotel School qualification is an advantage
23 - 35 year age range, Indonesian citizen
Minimum supervisor-level experience in high-end food service
Some experience in Front Office and Housekeeping functions
Strong guest focus and attention to detail
Flexible, patient and pro-active approach to work
Able to lead a team and promote an environment where staff may further their skills and experience
Excellent English communication and computer skills
Willingness to work in a remote location and travelling on single status


The incumbent will report to the Resort Manager. Starting date is asap.
