2. DIRECTOR OF SALES
Job Description:
The position requires a hands on professional to oversee the day-to-day sales and marketing efforts, development of 4 member sales team, meeting of the goals and plans of the sales department to hit targeted goals and objectives.
The successful candidate is one that is a team player and values his/her team members, who realizes that it is the sales team and their personal efforts that create the success levels.
Looking for self-starters who can take charge of and lead sales team, who can obtain and maintain performance that exceed competition, while achieving agreed upon financial goals.
Job Requirements:
· This candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Taman Bhagawan.
· Responsible for hands on approach to the sales team, deploying action plans and the goals related to team and individual performance, understanding the property's budget and profit and loss statements
· To be able to affect change in sales development efforts to accommodate revenue growth to forecasts, be able to assess and respond to effective, versus non-effective sales action plans and marketing schedules.
· The Director must have the hands on ability to participate in yielding the property's room and catering space and managing rates appropriately to be considered for this position.
· A track record of success and job stability is required for consideration.

Job Description:
· Responsible for maintaining and increasing online presence and awareness through available platforms â€" portals, social media, etc
· Have an extensive knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and technological savvy
· Creative flair and ability to use creative software (ie. Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
