THE JOB:

Planning, scheduling, estimating, controlling and implementation of all repairs, maintenance and renovation, civil work in nature, of the whole property that are within the responsibility of the engineering department. Primarily responsible for maintaining guestroom quality. Assists in overseeing the economical, efficient and reliable operation of hotel utilities. Applies engineering principles and practices in the attainment of optimum efficiency,heat rates, reliability and safety in the conduct of operating hotel facilities. Supervises, trains and coordinates with Shift Engineers and lower grade shift personnel.
