Executive Villa Manager for Boutique Cliff Villa

As a Villa Manager in our business, you would oversee and lead a team of people working within one our Exclusive Boutique Villas in Swangan â€" Nusa Dua.
It will be your role to plan and implement service initiatives, review and continually to improve the perfect service we offer to our Owners/Guests.
You will need to network and build strong Community relationships with our Owners/Guests, regularly analyze employee performance and conduct budget and financial planning with Area Manger.
Ensuring that requests/complaints, delivering performance reports, weekly reports and meetings and setting short term and long term priorities is a key part of the role. You will also lead your team to deliver great service by providing support, training and development to staff.

Previous experience in the hospitality Management sector is essential.
