Candidates should be ambitious, enjoy challenge, and have strong commercial acumen skills and the ability to work within small Villa team.
As a Technician in our business, you would oversee and lead a team of people working within one our Exclusive Boutique Villas in Swangan â€" Nusa Dua.
You will need to network and build strong Community relationships with our Owners/Guests.
Do you have the technical knowledge combined with proven leadership talent to manage the property Maintenance?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Technician to join the team.
You will be responsible for the overall Maintenance function in the Villa, with the following responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the effective and timely preventative maintenance and management of all property services
- protect and maintain the owner's investment
- giving priority to safety issues and owner/guest requests
- ensure the efficient use of energy and water resources
- prepare and manage projects
The successful applicant must possess:
- ‘can do’ attitude
- exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- computer literacy
- Ensuring high standards are maintained
