HR MANAGER
Qualifications:
· Graduated from reputable university with BA in HRM or LAW
· Must have 5+ years of professional experience providing personnel management to 350+ employees
· Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Laws, employees rules & standards, and labor relations
· Ability to develop procedures and methods
· Ability to organize, evaluate, and present info effectively, both verbally and in writing
· Possess leadership, integrity, analytical thinking, team-work, inter-personal skill and people development
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Willing to be located in Ubud, Bali , Indonesia
