Amori Villa is a new luxury 5-suite property in Ubud, operating as a boutique hotel. After a successful first year we are now looking for:

Operations Supervisor

Reporting to the Villa Manager, to manage all matters of property, including all staff, with qualifications and skills:

·            Fluent in written & spoken English and Bahasa. Some understanding of another foreign language would be ideal.

·            Minimum of 15 years hospitality experience with at least five years experience in a similar position

·            Well trained, well presented, service-oriented, strong attention to detail, well organized, self confident and strong mentally.

·            Knowledge to establish quality control systems

·            Strong disciplines to lead by example and to supervise staff to standards of excellence

·            Good team-building and people skills
