Leisure Concierge

The Ideal Candidate should have at least 2 years experiences as a Guest Relation Officer within a 5 star international hotel/resorts, ideally with Bali interesting place experiences and he has hotel and tourism training institute background as well as able to operate computer system (Microsoft of word and excel, FIDELIO)  Your responsibilities will be:

To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the Leisure Concierge section. This includes but is not limited to guest arrivals and departures, message delivery, reporting, front desk shifts. The Leisure Concierge do personal meet and greet and guest check in and also escorting guests to their rooms.

They are an information point to the guest during their stay and will assist the guest with bookings, information and general enquiries.
