One of the leading business group based in Sharjah (UAE), with diversified business interests, is having the following vacancies as a part of their expansion plans. One of their manufacturing units engaged in production of Biscuits and wafers requires the following positions:

Productions Supervisors (Production & Packing)

Entirely responsible to carry out the plant schedule/plan (production and packing), guide the operators to follow the approved recipe, ensure maintenance of high hygiene standards and good quality of the products. Should have a diploma level qualification preferably in Mechanical/Producti on, exposed to HACCP/ISO principles & 2-3 years of experience in food processing Industry.

Machine Operators (Roll & Stick Wafers)

Responsible for the completion of daily scheduled tasks as per requirements, report any down time or break down on daily bases, greasing & checking the machine. Should be school pass and have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in different line areas of the production line, such as Oven, Moulding & Packing.

Maintenance Team Leader

Lead a team of technicians to ensure that the routine maintenances are performed to have all the machines/equipments to operate with maximum efficiency. Ability to learn technical drawings, attend all trouble shootings & carry out necessary corrective maintenance as required. Engineering degree in mechanical with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a factory background is a

Experience in a Biscuit/Wafers factory backed by good Communications skills & exposure to a multicultural environment is a definite advantage.
