a. Posses relevant experience and skill for the position applied minimum for 2 (two) years

b. Posses good communication and interpersonal skill, creative, dynamic, innovative and service
oriented
c. Strong leadership (1,2,3)
d. Detail person and focus on high standard of quality
e. Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must
f. Good appearance & well groomed
g. Smart, confident & positive attitude
