Property Management Grand Sudirman Balikpapan-Kaltim location in heart of balikpapan city,manages of 3 high rise building : Apartment tower,hotel tower and offices tower, now is looking for CHIEF ENGINEER.
The Qualifications :
2. Able to start immediately
3. Minimum 4 years experience as Chief Engineer in 4 star or 5 star hotels.
4. Extensive experiences in Mechanical/Electrical/building construction.
5. Proven track records and attitude.
6. Highly motivated, positive, energetic and with good personality
7. English is a must
8. Computer literate is a must
9. Hard working and ability to work under pressure
