b.      Graduated from University majoring in Civil Division (1)

c.       Has been handled min. 2(two) Hotel/Villa project as Project Manager (1)

d.      Has good leadership, interpersonal skill & pleasant personality (1)

e.      Able to work under pressure with target (1,2)

f.        Dynamic, creative, initiative, self motivated, good team player (1,2)
