A new progressive surfing resort brand is opening a Beach Club & Resort in Gianyar and is looking for an Executive Chef. Starting in April 2012 the Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall Food Concepts, menu implementation and recruitment of kitchen staff. Reporting to the General Manager and joining our pre-opening resort team, the successful applicant must have a depth of experience in Food & Beverage operations, & have excellent communication skills in English. A back-ground in and around the surfing Industry and a love for the beach lifestyle and the environment will be an advantage.
