* Min 3 - 4 years working experience at at Human Resouces Department
* Fluent in English is a must
* Understanding the recruitment System
* Experience in Payroll and HR Administration
* Graduated from Law or Psychological Science
* Experience with Labor Relationship
* Able to design SOP and Job Descriptions
* Experience in training will be an advantage.
* Honest, Friendly and able to work independently with high pressure environment
