Office Co-ordinator
 
Essential requirements:
 
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Experience of maintaining and developing databases.
  • Ability to facilitate requirement gathering with the business and interacting with departments and technical team(s).
  • Ability to solve problems within area of work / knowledge.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Demonstrable experience to listen and present ideas clearly and effectively, in user-friendly language.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and knowing when to escalate in a timely manner to manage department's expectations.
  • Experience supporting a global organization.
  • Understanding company goals and objectives.
  • Technical knowledge of mobile technologies.
  • Purchasing and invoice processing.
  • IT Relate knowledge and experience.
  • Can work under pressure
  • Good computer skill
