CHIEF ENGINEER
Engineer technical specialist who is equally capable of organizing and leading his team in ensuring seamless, environmentally-friendly operations. A person who is results-driven and is able to provide recommendations and solutions that are sound and accurate. Proven track record of successful implementation of energy-saving and cost savings measures would be an advantage.
 
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Provide “hands on� inspirational leadership to an experienced and well established Front Ofice team and able to manage, motivate and develop Front Office Team and improve their performance and productivity. We are invited person who has strong Leadership and good presentation skill, excellent communication & Interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and highly motivated, energetic and great personality, creative, dynamic, innovative, and service oriented.
 
ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER
Engineer technical specialist who is equally capable of organizing and leading his team in ensuring seamless, environmentally-friendly operations. Hands on overall supervision of all Engineering staffs and external contractors in the areas of preventive maintenance, emergency breakdowns, troubleshooting and rectification. Fully responsible to ensure all assets in the resort is in good condition including the skill to maintain and improve resort standard through out engineering department.
 
HEAD HOST
A Front Office person who has sound experience in 5 star establishments in the similar responsibility is invited to join our Front Office management team. The candidate should have strong personality traits that supports his/her decision making efforts, efficient time scheduling, maintenance of highest cleanliness standard and detail orientation in villas and to work harmoniously with related departments to conduct daily maintenance. She/he must also posses strong administration skill as well as presentable and communicative personality. Able to give a training for team member to develop and improve the quality of service.
FB SUPERVISOR
FB Service professional who is self motivated and outgoing personality, good communication skill and prefer to work as a team. She has tactful skill of fine dining restaurant operations, the confidence to manage the team, and the passion and poise to consistently deliver high quality of service. She must also posses strong administration skill as well as presentable and communicative personality.
 
CHEF DE PARTIE
Kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, having the passion and posses leadership quality actively involved in building teamwork and enhancing the team’s commitment to their work and the hotel to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served.
 
DEMI CHEF
Kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served.
 
JUNIOR COST CONTROL - FINANCE
Finance professional with cost control experiences who should possess passion and detail orientation in managing store rooms, identify different types of materials, able to work closely and efficiently with computer and system to produce and balance daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
 
VILLA HOST (BUTLER)
A professional hotel person with Front Office, Food & Beverage Service or Housekeeping experience, who is well-groomed, discreet, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard-working, proficient and sincere. She should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a butler in a confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests. She is able to create a warm atmosphere to make the guest feel to stay at their own house.
 
COMMUNICATION HOST (TELEPHONE OPERATOR)
A professional hotel person with Food & Beverage Service, Reception or Operator experience who should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a Communication Host in a confident manner projected through their voice and word choices to impress both internal and external guests with prompt and efficient services to cater their messages, requests and food and beverages order.
 
SPA HOST
Female Spa Host with Spa experience, that should be able to demonstrate a unique abiity to work as a reception in a confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests. Has a passion in delivering the service to the guest.
