Karma SPA at Waterbom looking for Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
 
With qualifications as bellow
 
Experience/competencies:
                -     Experience handling a team of staff preferably OPC,
-          Sales experience / OPC experience
-          Excellent written and spoken English
-          Ability to manage and motivate staff
-          Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
-          Communicating via email
-          Overseeing the sales promo team (OPC) in the park.
-           The applicant will need to arrange where the staff are positioned and be on site to monitor performance and motivate the team.
-          This role is not office based although some time will be needed in office to make the reports.  
Duties
-           Making the daily schedule every 2 weeks and coordinating with staff
-           Communicating with HR department
-           Continuously training staff and motivating them to hit their targets
-            Making Daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
-            Giving regular meetings with the sales manager to review performance and
                         motivate the team
                -       Create a weekly Spiff report based on the revenue
 
Salary   :     Good Salary + Bonuses
