Temporary Placement in Nihiwatu Resort
Nihiwatu is looking for a Sous Chef to join Nihiwatu Resort on Sumba Island for a four-month period to assist with the upcoming busy season. Interested applicants need to be available to start working immediately.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef with the running the daily kitchen operations, and overseeing a team of 15 rank and file staff. Remuneration is IDR 5’000’000 per month, with flight ticket, accommodation and meals.
