Hard Rock Hotel Bali is urgently seeking for suitable candidates for the following positions
 
DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE
-          4 (four) years as Director of Food & Beverage with Restaurant and Bar management progression and/or Executive Chef experience.
-          Strong communication skills both verbal and written
-          Must be able to speak, read and write in English
-          Minimum Diploma III in F&B Management or Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
-          Job stability in career progression
-          A proven track record in training through high ratings for customer service
-          A proven success in F&B marketing and revenue development
-          A proven success in F&B cost control
-          Experienced in standard recipes, menu engineering and pick up charts
-          Certified trainer
-          Willingness to develop career with HPL
-          Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
 
PURCHASING MANAGER
-          4 (four) years as Purchasing Manager in a 4/5 Star Hotel
-          Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Accounting
-          Good communication skills both verbal and written
-          Must be able to speak, read and write in English
-          Effective computer skills, knowledge of Accounting Programs
-          Good understanding of Food & Beverage and Engineering items
-          Good understanding of cost control and purchase procedures
-          Can demonstrate good vendor contacts
 
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
-          Minimum 2 (two) years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 Star Hotel or Graphic Design Company or Advertising Company
-          Strong command of English and excellent communications skills
-          Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Graphic Design Programs)
-          Creative and Artistic
 
ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
-          2 (two) years as Assistant Front Office manager in a 4/5 Star Hotel
-          Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
-          Strong communication skills both verbal and written
-          Must be able to speak, read and write in English
-          Experience in incident report writing
-          Good Guest Contact Skills / dealing directly with guests
-          Guest satisfaction focused with a proven tract record in training
-          Can demonstrate cost control and cost analysis
-          Experience in Reservation, Reception, Guest Relations and Bell Desk
-          Familiar with Fidelio or other hotel computer system
-          Certified Trainer
 
GRO MANDARIN SPEAKING
-          Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
-          Strong communication skills both verbal and written
-          Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin and English
-          Effective computer skills
 
BOOKINGS AGENT
-          Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
-          Strong communication skills both verbal and written
-          Must be able to speak, read and write in English
-          Effective computer skills
-          Good administrative skills
