" SALES MANAGER"

The QUALIFICATION :

• Manage, develop, and execute sales strategy and programs activities;
• Proactively seek ideas to increase sales and profit
• Managing team sales activities and well understand of Asia & Pacific area
• Ensure a proper implementation of account management that targeted to increase market share & sales volume by planning, directing; coordinating and controlling all sales activities
• Well Coordinate with agents or to partners below responsibility

 Requirements:

• Female max 35 years old
• Minimum education background S1
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing at hospitality company
• Having Experience of Coordinate with Hotels, Tour & Travel Agents ( Asia & Pacific Area )
• Good writing and communication in English
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skill
• Have leadership qualities to lead the team & have strong people management skill.
• Having a hands-on approach to problem solving
• Being Sales Target & Result orientated
• Willing To be placed in Bali
