Alila Villas Soori is a blissful paradise setting for beachfront living at its most relaxing, most stylish and luxurious. Located along the southwest coast of Bali, not far from the island's famous Tanah Lot Temple, It lies on a gentle slope between verdant rice terraces and beautiful black-sand beaches overlooking the azure Indian Ocean .
 
To expand our services, Alila Villas Soori is searching for passionate, innovative, responsive and engaging persons to grow with us as team member with detail  as below :
 
COMMUNICATION HOST (GUEST SERVICE AGENT)
A professional hotel person with Food & Beverage Service, Reception or Operator experience. He should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work in a confident manner projected through their voice and word choices to impress both internal and external guests with prompt and efficient services to cater their messages, requests and food and beverages order. System literacy: Opera Fidelio, Micros, Microsoft Office, EDC Machine
 
VILLA HOST (BUTLER)
A professional hotel person with Front Office, Food & Beverage Service or Housekeeping experience, who is well-groomed, discreet, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard-working, proficient and sincere. She should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a butler in a confident manner that will create a calm, serene atmosphere and impress both internal and external guests. She is able to create a warm atmosphere to make the guest feel to stay at their own house.
 
 LEISURE CONCIERGE
A professional hotel person with Front Office experience, who should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as a leisure concierge who is well-groomed, discreet, trustworthy, tactful, honest, hard-working, proficient and sincere. Candidate should possess knowledge of Bali's tourist destination routes, flexible with time, able to create the program for the guest and has a selling point to promote our leisure concierge program.
 
FEMALE - RESTAURANT MANAGER
FB Service professional who is self motivated and outgoing personality, good communication skill and prefer to work as a team. She has tactful skill of fine dining restaurant operations, the confidence to manage the team, and the passion and poise to consistently deliver high quality of service. She must also posses strong administration skill as well as presentable and communicative personality. Able to give a training for team member to develop and improve the quality of service
FEMALE - FB ATTENDANT
FB Service professional with FB Service experience, who is self motivated and outgoing personality, good communication skill and prefer to work as a team. Candidate should be able to demonstrate a unique ability to work as FB Attendant.  acts to make things better for the customer and has an ablitily to take an initiative in learning and selling product  
MALE - ACCOUNT PAYABLE  (FINANCE)
Finance professional with  1 year experience in account payable position and audits all items on outgoing shipments and supplier’s credit memos. Balances suppliers monthly statements to the hotel accounts payable records. Prepares and balances voucher register monthly. Maintains adequate up-to-date files for accounts payable records. Able to work closely and efficiently with computer and system to produce and balance daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
 
SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE
Kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served.
TRAINING MANAGER/ENGLISH TEACHER
A Training person who has sound experience in 5 star establishments in the similar responsibility is invited to join our Human Resources management team. The candidate should have strong personality traits that supports his/her decision making efforts, supervise the role of Buddy during the induction program. Responsible for the development of English skills for team members. Able to create the modules for English class for team members. Creative and innovative in approach to work and being able to go that extra mile in order to provide WOW team member experiences. Mature and steady team player
