ACCOUNT PAYABLE

Key responsibilities :

Accounts payable :

1. Handle daily invoice processing
2. Ensure all payments are made in compliance with company policy
3. Liaise with procurement team on all payment issues
4. Develop procedure to enhance internal control process
5. System enhancement

Treasury

1. To manage cash flow at the optimal level monthly
2. Liaise with bank for all administrative matters

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in accounting with a min of 4 years financial experience in the manufacturing

Good communication skills in both oral and written English

Good influencing skills are essential to coordinate the financial activities in a diverse and complex organization

Proficient in using Excel various functions is a plus

Willing to be placed at Gianyar Bali.

FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Requirements:

1. Male/Female, maximum of age 35 years old
2. Bachelor / Master Degree from reputable Academy/University majoring Business, Management, and Accountings
3. Experienced in the same position at least 3 years
4. Experienced within garment, textile, and manufacturing will be highly regarded.
5. Having experience in Finance & Investment, Cash Flow management, banking, leasing, L/C application, payment process in general Excellent in computer skill.
6. Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must for daily communication with overseas parties.
   
7. Able to take responsibilities seriously; work under pressure, hardworking & result oriented, strong leadership skill as well as being an active team member
8. Willing to be placed at Gianyar Bali.
