An exciting opportunity for a Corporate Director of HR in a hotel chain based in Jakarta. The position will be responsible for:

• Setting up a corporate HR framework
• Managing pre-openings
• Work with the operations team to enhance standards through training & development
• Set-up a career development program, pathing etc.

Essentials:

• Previous experience in the hotel industry in operations or HR
• 10 years in HR with 5 years Director level
• Hands-on experience as a trainer
• Excellent English

Desirables:

• Pre-opening experience
• Rooms/FB operational experience
• Training background with a years as training manager under his/her belt
