We are looking for suitabel candidates to join our team as:

Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager
General Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
• Possesses strong leadership and develop team to ensure that your team to ensure that your team delivers quality services, both in the production and service at all points of sale in the hotel,
• Has capability in training facilitating people with good communication and analytical skill
• Effective leadership of all department members with good listener, dynamic and well organized capability
• Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the food and beverage
• Ensure that the profitability of your department is consistent through innovative marketing
• Able to manage expenses within budget constraints to enhance profitablity
• Eble to work under pressure
• Familiar with hotel system (vhp)
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Chef De Cuisine for Tao Beach House Restaurant
General Requirements:

• Good Asian Brassiere restaurant experience in a recognized Asian restaurant
• Strong focus towards guest satisfaction and excellence product knowledge
• Has experiences in the same field minimal 2 years at has some hotel and event experience
• Good in kitchen admin, computer skills and a competent trainer
• Possesses in depth knowledge in south east asia cuisine (Thai, vietnamesse, malaysian, India, Indonesia food)
• Please note the salary is maybe basic but the location and lifestyle will more than make up and accomocation and visa if necessary is included
