Personnel & Training Manager
Applicants should fulfill the following requirements:
- Minimum D III Hotel School - S1 Law or Psychology is an advantage
- Male maximum 35 years of age
- Responsible for all Human Resources activities to include employment, compensation benefits, and Training and Development
- Positive attitude and service oriented
- Up beat and easy going personality
- Minimum two years working experiences in the same position at a 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Knowledgeable about Labor Law, detail & results oriented
- Good communication (written and verbal English) & inter personal skill
- Good leadership, good team player, good management skill and drive for result
- Well groomed and well organize
