• Experience in Reservations for minimum 2 years
• Excellent English (both spoken and written)
• Computer literate including fidelio skills
• Able to lead, motivate and develop a team of individual

Guest Relation Officer

• Experience in Front office operation for minimum 2 years
• Excellent literate including Fidelio skills
• Well groomed image
