As a Villa Coordinator in our business, you would oversee and lead a team of people working within our Boutique Villa complex in Canggu area.
It will be your role to plan and implement the perfect service we offer to our Owners/Guests.
You will need to network and build strong Community relationships with our Owners/Guests, regularly supervise employee performance and report to Area managers
.
Ensuring that requests/complaints, delivering performance reports, weekly reports and meetings and setting short term and long term priorities is a key part of the role.
You will also leader of your team to deliver great service by providing support to all staff within complex.
Previous experience in the hospitality Management sector is essential.

- Reception - You will be the first point of contact both over the phone and in person
- Organizing training seminars and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to all departments as well as the Director
- Filing and sorting of all planning documentation
- Preparing quotes, emails and letters
- Data entry of time keeping record information onto computer system

- You will be the first point of contact for arriving guests
- Guest relations experience
- Organizing guest requests and tour arrangements in/out of Villa.
- Provide administrative support to Villa coordinator & team.
- Reporting and planning for villa owner’s reports.
- Preparing for Guest arrivals and departures
- Outgoing and confident personality
You must have 1-2 years admin experience, ideally from 4-5 star Hotel environments, love being a team player and know how to handle guest request and complaints.
Professional / Friendly presentation is essential together with good organizational skills.
A competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.
