General Requirement :
· (1.2.3.4)Degree/Diploma in related discipline with 3-4 years “hands-on� experience in Hotel or restaurant with 5 stars standard
· (1.2)Good knowledge in food Production, Preservation, Hygiene Control and SOP is essential
· (1.2)Have strong knowledge in food creation, costing, recipes with good leadership and self driven
· (1.2) Have good planner
· (4) experience using VHP hotel system an advantage
· Energetic & Confident
· Fluent in English language
