We are looking for a mixture of staff for a burger restaurant in Dubai the positions needed are(need asap to start early January)

 

( 1 Person ) Store Manager DHS.12.000 all inclusive plus duty meal and tips which we will confirm

( 3 Person ) Shift Supervisors package DHS.6000 all inclusive plus duty meal and tips which we will confirm

( 8 Person ) Front Of House Servers DHS.3000 all inclusive plus duty meal and tips which we will confirm

( 10 Person ) Back Of House DHS.4000 all inclusive plus duty meal and tips which we will confirm

 

These are the job descriptions below:


Shift supervisor

Shift supervisor position requires a level of responsibility and maturity to be able to manage human resources, customer service, product quality, speed, and the steadfast ability to follow the Burger Fuel System. The Perfect employee is to have had a minimum of three months experience in the Burger Fuel training system ready for training into a shift manager.
 
Under the supervision of the Shop Manager, the Day Shift manger is responsible for:
·         Managing the shift in the absence of the Shop Manager.
·         Reading and understanding the shop training, food and packaging and equipment and maintenance manuals.
·         4pm handover completion with the Night Shift Manager.
·         Delegation and prioritization of all jobs with skill and accuracy
(E.g. Morning Set Up Duties, Weekly Cleaning Duties, Daily 7 Day Rotation Cycle Duties, Weekly and Monthly Cleaning.)
·         Motivating employee's to attain the highest standards
·         Store forms and procedures
·         Computer systems and till.
·         Public Relations and Customer Service
·         Communicating memos and other info from HQ
·         Daily ordering
·         Assisting with staff rosters, understanding costing
·         Employee's behavior and Human Relations.
·         Equipment maintenance
·         Monitoring and checking Morning Set Up.
·         Opening the door for the days service
 
 
BOH (Back Of House) staff: Grill/ Hot line:
Under the supervision of the Shop/Shift Manager the Grill Cheese Off Responsibilities Include:
 
·         The total hot line food production and delivery
·         Hot section printer docket processing
·         Cooking and presentation of meats
·         Communication of orders (docket down) to stacker.
·         Calling out of order details to Stacker
·         Communicating concisely with other colleagues on the hot line
·         Communication with Shop or Shift Manager
·         Helping the Stacker  if backlog presents itself
·         Keeping an eye on all areas for quality and making sure no wrong orders go out
·         Some kitchen prep duties prep duties
·         Cleanliness and hygiene of the grill areas
 
FOH (Front Of House) Staff:
Under the supervision of the Shop/Shift Manager the Front of House person is responsible for:
 
·         P.O.S, Till and Expose
·         General Customer Relations
·         Front of House Cleanliness
·         Orders out to customers (bagging and calling orders)
·         Taking Phone Orders
·         Cooking Spud and Kumara Fries, Making Malts
·         Evening Prep Duties
