- Male, max 35 years of age
- Min D III in related studies and 2 years of experiences in the same field
- Good knowledge of Western and Asian/Indonesian cuisines (Kitchen Sous Chef)
- Good understanding of English and Computer skills
- Good Leadership and Communication skills
