Chef Qualified for Boutique Ocean Villa   

 

 

Due to continuous growth and expansion in our business, we are seeking to recruit talented professional qualified chef to help us continue to develop and grow and play a part in our companies future!

 

 

Candidates should be ambitious, enjoy challenge, and have strong commercial acumen skills and the ability to work within villa team.

 

As a Chef in our business, you would oversee the kitchen operations and work within one our Exclusive Ocean Boutique Villas in Cemagi â€" Tanah Lot.

 

It will be your role to plan and implement and review all food and beverage services continually to improve the perfect service we offer to our Owners/Guests.

 

Our client is currently seeking a Chef with previous hotel experience, reporting directly to the Villa Manager, you will be able to cover all aspects of the Kitchen operation.

 

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following attributes: 

 

• Menu planning, food costing and sourcing seasonal produce.
• Inventory control, stocktaking and ordering.
• Manning & labour costs.
• Attend Development & Training programs.
• End of Month Reporting.
• Compliance with Health & Hygiene practices.

 

We are seeking someone with superior interpersonal and kitchen managerial skills. If you can demonstrated the ability to monitor and control the cost/profit for food and beverage operation, whilst maintaining working relationships. If you have particular skills in building positive working relationships with a wide range of people then we want to hear from you.
