Qualifications :
At least 3 year experiences in the same position in an independent restaurant or 5 star international hotels
Outgoing, motivated and strong customer focus
Creative, innovative and unique cuisine style and presentation
Strong leadership skills
Strong business acumen
Capability to handle big operation
Strong knowledge of safe food and Hygiene standard
Excellent English in both written and spoken
Hard worker, willing to learn, team player, enthusiastic, Professional
