Spa Manager
Karma Resorts are currently looking to employ a dynamic and highly motivated Manager for the Karma Spa
Candidates we are looking for fulfil the following criteria
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Great people skills
- High level English language skills both spoken and written
- Flexible and able to manager change while remaining grounded and stable
- Manages staff by empowering them to take risks and increase their skills
- Confident and self-motivated
- High level business and finance skills
- 5 Years experience in the Spa/health and/or 5 star resort industry
