With the qualification below:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with 3-5 years "hands-on" experience in 5 Star Hotel or Up-Market Food Retailer
Good knowledge in preparation of Bakery & Pastry Delicacies, creative, responsible and good communication & leadership skills
Have strong knowledge in Menu creation, food costing & recipes and self driven.
