Requirements:
Preferably worked 2 to 3 years as chef de partie in a 4/5 star hotel/resort or in a western cuisine upmarket restaurant
Specialized in western food (f.e. pastas, salads and sandwiches)
Creative personality, English speaking & leadership experience
