"Commis Chef (and Carving Artist)"
Requirement for this position:
· Able to communicate in English
· Male, age range is between 20 – 30 years old
· Hotel experiences is second priority
· Able to prepare and cook typical Indonesian Food
· Able to make simple wood carving (statue, mask, etc..)
Package inclusion:
· USD 400 (negotiable, depends on experience/talent)
· Accommodation, uniform (laundry), duty meals
· Medical insurance
· 2 years contract +
· Return air ticket (once a year)
Job Description:
· The employee will be cooking at "T-Houses' during his duty hour.
· Type of food that he need to cook is typical Indonesian Food such as Sate, Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng
· The food not necessarily to be luxury, but prefer to be Kaki-Lima/Kampung style
· Apart from his duty hour, the employee will perform a simple and small wood-carving to be sold and will get 10% commission of it
