VIlla Seminyak Estate & Spa, a 52 luxury villas comprising of 76 rooms, Two Restaurants and Spa is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Executive Chef.
Responsibilities :
Directs and coordinates all activities within Food Production, Perform multi-functional culinary duties and establishing high operational standards.
Requirement :
- Has been in similar position for at least 2 years.
- Good command of English both writting and verbal
- A real hands on manager with a vision of excellent service and creativity.
- Ability to maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standard
- Good time management and communication skills
- Strong culinary background
- Ability to control costs and maximize profitability
- Outgoing personality, well groomed and presentation
