Restaurant Manager

4 years Experience in a 4* Environment

Restaurant Manager is responsible for the business performance of the restaurant.  Possess the ability analyze and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability.  Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.  Ability to use computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules and pay, and perform other record keeping tasks.  Organize scheduling of Restaurant staff.  Work directly with accounting to maintain budget and employee records,  monitor bookkeeping records for paying bills.

 

Sous Chef

Job requires 2 years professional training and 2 year experience in a large service restaurant. Possess excellent administrative skills. Good personality with 4* experience and appearance.

Essential to have experience with many styles and dishes, including Vegetarian and Vegan

Skills for effective coaching and mentoring junior chefs.

      *     Chef rotisseur roasted, fried and grilled seafood, poultry, vegetable

·         Chef saucier poultry, seafood, vegetable, fried, roasted dishes

·         Chef gardemanger raw, cold dishes and starters

·         Chef entremettier vegetables, pasta and eggs

·         Chef poissonnier  fish

·         Chef potager  soups and stocks

·         Chef pattissier  breads, pastries and desserts

 

Chef De Partie

Job requires 2 years on line training and experience in a large service restaurant.   

Essential to have experience with many styles and dishes, including Vegetarian and Vegan
Good knowledge and understanding of the kitchen and its operations
Must have worked within a busy operation environment with a large brigade of chefs
Good personality with 4* experience and appearance

F&B Service

1 year previous experience or vocational training

Quick learner and efficient communication skills

Math Skills

Take customers' orders, serve food and beverages, prepare itemized checks, and accept payment.

Expected to provide fast, efficient, and courteous service

 

Outdoor Pavilion Massage Therapist 

2 year job training and experience

Must have a desire for continued Education in Somatic Arts and a desire to work.

Must participate (be the student) in 2 classes in yoga, dance, and meditation as part of your daily self care practice to maintain your sensitivities and awareness of energy in your body and the bodies of clients.

 

HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR

Requires a Degree and 3-5 years experience.  Must possess a great communication skills. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: conducting interviews, job postings, with recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, trade magazines and newspaper.  Guide the managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, work place ethics and performance management. Must be the bridge between management and employees to facilitate smooth functioning of the operations of the company. Design and organize training programs for safety issues, language training and health.  Conduct exit interviews during employee terminations and resignations.  The Human Resource Director  must understand Indonesian labor laws and legislation and employee contracts.  Conduct yearly evaluations with the Management of each department.
