finest. Go barefoot, be served on your white sand beach under coconut
trees, dine by the moon and candles or dress for dinner and dance into
the morning.
Our client is classical in design, a unique holiday resort newly built
to ancient Maldivian architecture, with graceful meditation pavilions
and a calm induced by a succession of ornamental pools. The serenity of
the resort is perfectly matched by the uncompromising luxury of its
bungalows and villas. Its lush gardens are lovingly raised over years
and offers Maldives' signature hospitality and gracious service in an
unspoiled tropical paradise

· SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE
Salary: US$ 600 + US$ 250 as Service Charge
QUALIFICATION:
· To Assist the Sous Chef under the instructions direct of the
Executive Sous Chef
· Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s)
used in the workplace.
· Requires good communication skills.
· Must possess & demonstrate 5 stars Cuisine techniques and
skills mastered
· Good knowledge of banquet set-up.
· Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the
Kitchen team
· Strong communication with the Chef de Partie of the section
· Key relationship with the , Commis 3 & 2, Chef de Partie and
Senior Chef de Partie
· KITCHEN COMMIS 2
Salary: US$ 250 + US$ 250 as Service Charge
QUALIFICATION:
· To assist the commis 1 under the intructions direct of the chef
de partie.
· Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s)
used in the workplace.
· Requires good communication skills.
· Must possess & demonstrate 5 stars Cuisine techniques and
skills affirmed
· Good knowledge of banquet set-up.
· Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the
Kitchen team
· Strong communication with the Chef de Partie of the section
· Key relationship with the , Commis 3 & 1, Chef de Partie and
Senior Chef de Partie
· Strong in the grill sections such as: Barbecue and Seafood
specialties served on the Ocean's Edge
