URGENT – Human Resources Officer/Supervisor
For Power Plant Company
- Female, single preferably
- Min Bachelor Degree in Pscychology or Law
- Have a minimum 2 years working in HR Department
- Have knowledge on Government Regulation on manpower and policies
- Have knowledge in recruitment process, training and development, personnel administration and Indonesia's labor law and regulations
- Good command of English both written and spoken is a must and German is advantage
- Strong leadership, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
