HRD SUPERVISOR

 

Qualification:

1.       Male, max 40 years old

2.       Minimum 3 (three) years experience as HR Generalist, preferably in mining industry

3.       Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Law or Psychology

4.       Fluent in English both oral & written, fluent in Mandarin will be advantage

5.       Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet

6.       Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS).

7.       Willing to be placed in  Maluku Island, with rotation schedule
