Start Date :  Can  be anywhere from October/November 2010

 

Positions Available:

·            Servers *                  

         1^st season $5.15/hr plus 95% gratuity share ($8.75-$9 average, total average $13.90-$14.15)

         2^nd season $5.40/hr plus 100% gratuity share ($9.50-$10.50 average, total average $14.90-$15.90)

·            Server Assistant (buser) *

         1^st Season $5.15/hr plus 90% gratuity share ($8.40-$8.70 average, total average $13.55 - $13.85)

         2^nd season $5.40/hr plus 90% gratuity share($8.40-$8.70 average, total average $13.80 - $14.10)

·         Host/Hostess *        $9.50 to $10.50/hr depending on experience

(* Above positions include a training program with training period wage at $8.00/hour. The above average hourly gratuity share and total average is based upon the prior 2 years level of business activity and is subject to vary.)

·            Cooks â€" 5 positions - $10.00 to $11.00/hr depending on experience

 

Housing Cost:

·             Housing - apartment complex with pool, fitness room and computer lab at a cost of $75 per week plus a $200 security deposit (security deposit may be met with 4 payroll deductions of $50).  Everything is included, water, cable, electric, telephone, furniture and all utensils.

 

Estimated Salary or Other Benefits: N/A

·             Working Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.  When it gets busy overtime may be available.  Hours just depend on how much business and events are booked.

·             Special Notes:  Will pick up all workers at the airport and/or bus station.  The nearest airport is West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) or Orlando International.

·             Transportation: Carpooling with fellow staff suggested or taxi at reduced fee.
