- S1 Psychology / Law / relevant field
- Minimum 5 years in the same position
- Age max 40 years
- Mastering the HR field and in the process of recruitment and selection strategies, training & development, compensation & benefits and Industrial Relations.
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Mastering the English language spoken and written
- Skilled in making Working Agreement / Company Regulations
- Resistant to stress and adaptive to changes
- Have strong leadership dan strategic thinking
- Proactive and an excellent negotiator
- Have experience dealing with Labour Union
