IT Network & Infrastructure Senior Officer (Code: INFRA)
Requirements:
*Bachelor Degree of IT or related backgrounds
*At least 3 years experience in Network & Infrastructure
*Good English proficiency will be an advantage
*Have a good knowledge and a good problem analysis in IT for system environment , operating system ,network and security
*Experience in CISCO products and CCNA certification is an advantage
*Able to manage and support Proxy, Firewall, Mall, VPN/ Remote Access, and other common internal application and services
*Able to manage and support Windows Servers, Active Directory and Linux Operating System
*Willing to work flexible hours and travel when required
Responsibilities:
*Perform installation, configuration of all hardware (including OS)
*Monitor/ oversee network infrastructure performance & security and implement performance tuning
*Provide technical support & troubleshooting for other Departments
*Provide standby services for Company when required
*Maintain proper documentation of all installation, modification and troubleshooting conducted
