Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years experiences in 5 star rated hotel or resort
- Pre-opening experiences is an advantage
- Good English both oral and written
- Well known in Mediterranean and Asian fine dining a-la-carte cuisine
- Creative in menu variety and presentation
- Strong administrative background for setting up procedires and standards
- Strong leader in staff training and implementing procedures and standards
- Guest and PR oriented in order to communicate with guests during the service
- Budget and cost conscious
3. Front Office Supervisor
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in 4 or 5 star rated hotel or resort
- Pre-opening experiences is an advantage
- Good English both oral and written
- Familiar with VHP system is an advantage
- Strong leader in staff training and implementing procedures and standards
- Service oriented in order to communicate with guest
